I’d See Delight In The Shade Of The Morning Sun.
Devil didn’t get home until 0600 this morning. Well after the rising of the morning sun.
That’s because Devil went out last night.
I’m sleepy. I’m tired. And my legs are sore.
Let’s recap on the night that was…
I originally had plans to meet up the Partygirls but they weren’t ready to start partying until very late into the evening so I decided to contact Will of: The Will & Grace Group to see if he was interested in going out until it was time to meet up with my Partygirls. Grace was unfortunately sick so wasn’t interested in having some fun.
Will was interested though. So we went out to play pool for a while and kill some time. Unfortunately, there was a bit too much time to kill, so…doing as you do when out and about at various clubs…I had a couple of drinks. I was the designated driver so I didn’t get completely and utterly intoxicated. Just intoxicated enough to ‘hover’ for a couple of hours.
We decided to go to THAT club, which for some reason I appear to frequent with monotonous regularity. Funnily enough…through a random sequence of events (that involved me and my beautiful camera) I met a fantastic girl that I managed to keep the company of the entire night (well…sort of…but I won’t go into the details).
After that club closed, we then headed to one of the more ‘exclusive’ clubs. Apparently it was so exclusive that we weren’t even allowed in. Whilst waiting in line to gain entry to the club, the girl I had me that night was allowed entry with 1 other person but she refused to go in without all 4 of her new friends, so they refused her entry too - for the entire night.
That…dear reader, is a girl of integrity. She sacrificed something that was only offered to her, for the well-being of those that she felt, were worth the sacrifice. She was extremely apologetic for not being able to get us all access to the club but I told her that I was very impressed with the way she maintained her integrity throughout the whole process. Very impressed indeed.
And it takes a lot to impress Devil.
So we headed to another of the open clubs that caters to specific demographics of society. To my surprise, my Partygirls were already inside and as you do when your with your PartyGirls…you party hard. Once again…I ended up dirty-dancing with my girls on the podium until the early hours of the morning.
Unfortunately however, because I was the designated driver for the night I had to stop drinking before I was partied out and as a result of a lack of alcohol in my blood stream, I started to become a little bit aggressive (as I do when I start to sober up) and was looking to get into a fight but it wasn’t anything to worry about. It wore off on the long walk back to the car.
After dropping Will and my PartyGirls off home, I arrived home as my parents were getting ready to go to church. A little bit ironic I think. They’re going off to pray for the salvation of my soul while only a few hours earlier I was on a podium doing things that would pretty much guarantee myself a first class ticket to Hell.
Ahhh…I had a great time. Can’t wait to do it again.
On another note, I found another thing I want to buy: World Domination - the board game.
Need I say more.
Devil's Winamp: New Order - True Faith
Devil's Mood : Exhausted

Character Profile
The Will & Grace Group:
Like the television show, this group…
- Consists of 1 straight girl and 1 gay guy that spend way too much time together hence the names Will and Grace.
- Consists of a supporting cast that includes Karen.
- Have the wackiest of (mis)adventures with me usually adding the sarcastic and witty dialogue.
- Spend a lot of their time in places that relate to food.
- Always make me laugh with either their slap-stick style conversations or their unintentional misinterpretations of the English language.
